CHRS Fluid™ COOL – High‑stability cooling fluid for vehicles & industrial systems

CHRS FLUID™ COOL is a next‑generation, pressurised‑system cooling fluid engineered for tough, real‑world duty. It delivers stable thermal control across a wide continuous range from ‑5°C to 110–115°C (pressurised systems), with superior corrosion protection and lower viscosity than legacy glycols, meaning better heat transfer, faster response, and lower pump load.

Why CHRS FLUID™ COOL?

Wide operating window: One fluid covers low‑temp cooling and high‑temp rejection (‑5°C to 110–115°C continuous under pressure).

High heat‑transfer efficiency: Formulated for low viscosity and excellent specific heat vs. standard MEG/MPG mixes.

Pump‑friendly: Reduced friction loss → lower electrical draw, quieter operation, and less wear.

Corrosion & scale control: Full inhibitor pack targets mixed‑metal systems (Al, Cu, Fe/steel, brass) and hard‑water environments.

Seal & material compatibility: Designed for common elastomers (EPDM, FKM/Viton, NBR) and plastics used in pumps, HIUs, exchangers.

Cleaner chemistry: Bio‑based, non‑toxic formulation with long‑life inhibitors for extended service intervals.

Year‑round reliability: Anti‑foam, anti‑cavitation and oxygen‑scavenging additives support stable flow under rapid load swings.

Vehicles & mobile plant: EV battery plate cooling, power electronics, inverters, DC fast‑charge thermal circuits, ICE intercoolers.

Viscosity: Low‑viscosity profile for high Reynolds number at typical flow rates

Inhibitors: Multi‑metal corrosion, scale dispersants, oxygen scavengers, anti‑foam

Service life: 10–15 years typical in closed, well‑maintained systems.
